Trial and enrolment
A short assessment precedes the three-day free trial. No payment or automatic enrolment is triggered. Regular classes begin only after explicit agreement from an adult student or parent.
Scheduling and attendance
Lessons are one-to-one and normally 30 minutes. Teacher absence leads to a substitute or make-up. Student cancellations with notice may be rescheduled; no-notice absence does not automatically qualify for a make-up.
Fees and financial care
Fees are confirmed before enrolment. Tuition is normally monthly in advance from the joining date. There is no automatic suspension for late payment. Financial difficulty may be discussed privately; no formal scholarship programme is promised.
Progress, feedback and certificates
Learning pace varies. Families can share feedback, request a suitable teacher change or speak to management. Certificates may be introduced for appropriate completed levels after the policy is confirmed; they are not currently guaranteed for every course.
