Information you share
Trial and contact requests ask for student learning level, scheduling preferences, and contact details (WhatsApp, phone, or email). Parents or legal guardians submit information for learners under 18 and provide explicit consent. No identity documents or photographs are requested.
How information is used
Your details are used solely by Tibyana Institute to arrange your initial assessment, match you with an appropriate male or female teacher, schedule one-to-one classes, and communicate with you or your family. We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Storage and communication platforms
Form submissions are stored securely in our Cloudflare database with no third-party advertising trackers. When you choose to communicate or attend lessons via WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, those services process communication under their respective privacy policies.
Data access, deletion and contact
